Oriental Stir Fry
Hands-On Time: 10 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes | Serves: 4
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 1/2 cups Birds Eye® Broccoli Florets
- 24 Van de Kamp's® Crunchy Fish Sticks, baked according to package directions
- 1 bag (10 oz) Birds Eye® Brown & Wild Rice with Corn, Carrots & Peas, cooked according to package directions
Directions
- Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add broccoli stir fry and cook, stirring frequently, until vegetables are tender, about 10 minutes.
- Cut prepared fish sticks into thirds. Add fish sticks and prepared rice blend to vegetables. Cook, stirring gently, until heated through. Serve immediately.
