Grilled Tilapia with Lemon Pepper Seasoned Vegetables and Creamy Parmesan Rice

Ingredients


  • 2 packages (7.2 oz. each) Van de Kamp's® ParchmentBake™ Classic Grilled Tilapia
  • 1 bag (12 oz) Birds Eye® Steamfresh® Broccoli, Cauliflower & Carrots
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning blend
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt, as desired
  • 1 bag (10 oz) Birds Eye® Steamfresh® Brown & Wild Rice with Corn, Carrots & Peas
  • 1/4 cup savory garlic cooking crème*
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Directions


  1. Bake Van de Kamp’s®  ParchmentBake Classic Grilled Tilapia according to package directions.
  2. Cook Birds Eye® Steamfresh® Broccoli, Cauliflower & Carrots according to package directions and place into a bowl.
  3. Add to vegetables the butter, lemon pepper, garlic powder and seasoned salt until combined.
  4. Cook Birds Eye® Steamfresh® Brown & Wild Rice with Corn, Carrots & Peas and pour prepared rice into a bowl.
  5. Add to cooked rice garlic cooking crème* and Parmesan cheese before serving.
