Fish 'n Chips Casserole

Hands-On Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 1 hour | Serves: 4


Ingredients


  • 2 pounds frozen cubed hash brown potatoes
  • 2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans condensed cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 cup light mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Vlasic® Sweet Relish
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 small onion, finely chopped
  • 18 Van de Kamp's® Crispy Fish Fillets

Directions


  1. Preheat the oven to 350°.
  2. Stir potatoes, soup, mayonnaise, relish, mustard, onion and 1 cup cheddar cheese together in a large bowl until well combined. Spread into a 13x9-inch baking dish that has been coated with cooking spray.
  3. Place fish fillets on top of the casserole and sprinkle with the remaining 1 cup cheese. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until hot.
