Crunchy Fish Sandwich
Hands-On Time: 10 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes | Serves: 2
Ingredients
- 2 Van de Kamp's® Crunchy Fish Fillets or 8ct Crunchy Fish Sticks, baked according to package directions
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 bag (10 oz) whole grain hoagie bun, halved
- 2 slices Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 2 teaspoons spicy mustard
Directions
- Lightly brush olive oil on the inside of each hoagie bun half.
- Place 1 prepared fillet (or 4 fish sticks) and 1 slice of cheese on top of each bun. Place on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 3 minutes or until cheese melts.
- Top with avocado slices and spicy brown mustard before serving.
