Parmesan Tilapia Panzanella Salad

Hands-On Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 25 minutes | Serves: 4


  • 1 package  
  • 4 cups toasted whole grain bread cubes
  • 2 cups baby arugula or spinach leaves
  • 1 cup cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
  • 2 Tbsp. finely shredded parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup finely sliced basil leaves (optional)
  • ½ cup Wish-Bone® Italian Dressing


  1. Bake Parmesan Tilapia according to package directions; cut into bite-size chunks.
  2. Combine bread, arugula, tomatoes, Parmesan cheese and basil in large bowl.
  3. Drizzle in Italian dressing and toss to coat.
  4. Gently toss in Tilapia.
