Crunchy Seafood Salad Rolls

Hands-On Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 25 minutes | Serves: 6

  • 6 split-top frankfurter rolls, toasted
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 ribs celery, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
  • 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper


  1. Bake Crunchy Fish Sticks according to package directions; cut into bite-size pieces.
  2. Meanwhile brush toasted rolls generously with butter.
  3. Combine mayonnaise, celery, onion, lemon juice, parsley and black pepper.
  4. Add Crunchy Fish Sticks to mayonnaise mixture and toss to combine.
  5. Pile high on prepared rolls.
