Tilapia with Mediterranean Salsa

Hands-On Time: 10 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes | Serves: 2


  • 2  
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped 
  • 2 Tbsp. prepared pesto
  • ¼ cup pimento stuffed olives, chopped
  • Hot cooked brown rice


  1. Bake Tilapia according to package directions; cut into thirds.
  2. Meanwhile, combine artichoke hearts, pesto and olives in medium bowl; toss to coat.
  3. Evenly top fish with salsa and serve with brown rice.
