Mediterranean Tilapia Salad

  • 2  
  • 4 cups baby spinach and/or arugula 
  • ½ cup cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
  • ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • ¼ cup Wish-Bone® Italian dressing or your favorite vinaigrette


  1. Bake Tilapia according to package directions; cut into thirds.
  2. Place remaining ingredients in large bowl; toss to coat. Evenly divide salad between 2 serving plates and top with Tilapia.
