Garlic Cod Pad Thai

Hands-On Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 45 minutes | Serves: 2


  • 1 package  
  • 1 box (9 oz.) Pad Thai For Two (Noodles & Sauce)
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts


  1. Soak rice noodles according to package instructions.
  2. Bake Cod according package instructions. Cut into bite sized pieces.
  3. Heat oil over medium-high heat in a large nonstick skillet. Add eggs and scramble until just set.
  4. Add rice noodles and Pad Thai sauce, tossing to coat. Gently stir in Cod. Sprinkle with cilantro and peanuts
