Cracked Black Pepper Salmon Caesar Salad

Hands-On Time: 10 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes | Serves: 2


  • 2  
  • 4 cups torn romaine 
  • 1/2 cup halved cherry or grape tomatoes
  • ¼ cup garlic or Caesar croutons
  • ¼ cup Wish-Bone Caesar dressing 
  • 1 Tbsp. shredded Parmesan cheese (optional)


  1. Bake Salmon according to package directions; cut into bite-size chunks.
  2. Place remaining ingredients in salad bowl; toss to coat. Evenly divide salad between 2 serving plates and top with Salmon.
