Tika Masala Fish Curry

Hands-On Time: 10 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes | Serves: 4


  • 8  
  • 1 jar (15 oz.) mild curry sauce
  • 1 can (15.5 oz.) chick peas, rinsed and drained
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 cups hot cooked Jasmine rice
  • Chopped cilantro, to garnish


  1. Bake Fish Fillets according to package instructions; cut into bite sized pieces.
  2. Bring curry sauce, chick peas and lemon juice to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
  3. Add fish to sauce and simmer 1 minute.
  4. Serve over rice, and garnish with chopped cilantro.
